your remote has a dead battery.

Bad automatic trans shifter solenoid, located under the console between the seats.....quick fix while waiting for a new solenoid is simply unhook the lever from the automatic trans solenoid.

Try disconnecting the battery overnight . Cant guarantee it'll fix it. But in theory some vehicle computers reset to default settings. If that don't work, try removing your fuses one at a time!!! IMPORTANT NOTE!! ...KEY OFF- REMOVE 1 FUSE-- KEY ON- STILL FLASHING? KEY OFF -REPLACE FUSE..- GO TO NEXT ONE ETC... NEVER PULL FUSES OR DISCONNECT BATTERY WITH KEY ON. YOU CAN FRY THE ON BOARD COMPUTER SO KNOWING THAT, PROCEED AT YOUR OUR RISK. ....!!! Clean the battery connectors all three of them and replace bolts

with a new pcm you need to have a lock smith come and re program the key for the transponder to the new computer

From what I understand it is the Nissan Anti-theft System (NATS) correct ?
The other numbers you show do not correspond to any codes I can find.
The reason the car is not starting is because the Nissan keys MUST be programmed for that car.
Make sure you did not have a new key made and that if you did you have to program it.
Your owners manual will tell you how.

first check remote key battery possibly faulty battery, replace battery and check, when you operate remote aim it to the rear wive mirror not to the door lock, if not work after replace battery on key only option you have to drive your car to Mercedes workshop who have the right diagnose CPU for this particular model, if you plug any other diagnose CPU or tester you can't check this advance center locking system properly if you once fixed Mercedes diagnose tool in to the your car within short time period you can find what's wrong in your car it's easy fro experienced technician to do that, however before go to the workshop once again check all the fuses if any fuse blown replace it. is this information helped you?
