There is a piece inside that is prone to breaking. It makes the starter and flywheel connect

Your fuse is # F-16. It is located in the middle row of fuses, 4th one up, in the glove compartment.
It is a 25Amp fuse. Any auto parts store will have them. Here is a link to your owners manual.

You will be finding the starter motor at the mounting point of Engine & transmission case towards the bottom, above the crank case. you will able to access to this motor from bottom.

It could be the starter motor which might have packed up!
Check the starter motor.
