My first advice is to throw the out and buy something a little more dependent than that piece of s...junk. But if that option does not appeal to you for whatever reason try this.

Try replacing the fuse, sometimes the fuse may look fine but is not functioning properly. Or try replacing the relay switch for the wiper motor. If that does not work than you have a couple of different possible issues. I would suggest taking it into a shop to get it fixed because it will take time and skill to find the problem.
Take a multimeter and check the volts leading into the fuse. If you have no power leading to your fuse that the problem might be a wire the wire leading into your box.
If you have power there than you need to follow the wire leading out of the back of the box to your gauges. Check the power at each point in the sire system leading to your gauges and you will know if a stretch of wire is bad.
If one part of the wire is burnt or fired than you will need to check the volts and amps leading to your wire and find out why you are getting too much power to that area or it will continue to happen until you fix the issue.
If this does not help you than i would need to take a look at the car to help you more.

2012 mustang windshield wipers won't turn off I replaced the multi- function switch and relay switch and did not help???

Check fuse #45 in the smart junction block (right kick panel) if it's ok there's a good chance it's in the electronics built into the wiper motor. You might try a hard reset which will put all modules back to factory settings. Do this, disconnect the negative battery cable and hold it on the still connected positive cable or terminal for a minute then reconnect the cable, reset your radio stations and try the wipers. I hope this helps. Take care.

Pull the fuse for the dash gauges. Could be corrosion. If that doesn't fix it. Remove the instrument panel, pull the plug and put it back in. Corrosion again. Since it worked before and "all" the gauges went south. Either one of these should fix your problem.

Interior lights and fuel gauge does not work. if I unhook and reconnect the battery they will work for about 1 minute, do you have an idea what the problem is?

I would try changing the fuse. It could be blown. That would be the simplest place to start. You may try changing the battery cables, there could be a short there as well. If neither of these easy fixes help, you may need to have a diagnostic test run to check your electrical system.

Wipers won't come on at all

Check the fuse, check if the motor is getting electricity. If the motor is easy to access disconnect the cables from it. Connect cables from the battery to the motor negative to negative positive to positive. If no movement look no further, replace the motor. If the fuse is good, the motor is good then the switch might be the culprit. Check it and or replace it.

BMW 745I 2002 wiper dead

there are several things that can cause the wipers in your car not to work. if you have verified the fuses are good and verified power to your wiper motor, I would try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 15 minutes, then checking operation of the wipers. by the way, which fuses did you check?
