You have 2 different problems security light is most likley the ignition lock cylinder has a pickup inside and wires run down the column they always break up near cylinder, the misfire could be alot of things but check plugs, wires, and coil packs first

My 2002 f 150 has no power and is sputtering or missing and my sevice engine lite came on and started blinking

The most likely problem is you have a coil gone bad. If this is a V8 then you have a coil on each cylinder if its a V6 you have one coil pack. Now the check engine light blinking is a design of ford to let you know that you have a miss fire and to get it corrected, before catalytic convertor failure occurs

Have a 03 dodge durango and have erratic idle, have changed plugs and coils, the 3 plugs 4,6, and 8 are fouled abd checked for vacuum leak get a p0300 code abd the check light blinks. help!!!!!

Do the plugs smell sweet? Your have 3 plugs side by side on the passengers side of the motor missing. A sweet smell would point to a head gasket leak.

Sounds like your Passlock security system went into the tamper mode. If your dashboard security light blinks when the ignition is turned on, your Passlock security system is disabling the injector module, preventing the car from start. Try this:
1- turn the ignition on and just touch the starter, without getting the motor to fire, then leave the ignition in the "on" position. The security light will blink for about 10 minutes. When the light stops blinking, turn the ignition off and leave off for 3 minutes.
2-repeat the step #1, 3 or 4 times. You will know that is fixed when you turn the ignition on and the security light does not blink, then the car will start. Make sure to stay inside the car when you're doing this, as opening the doors will trip the security tamper mode on again. Once the tamper mode is off, the car starts and opening the doors will not trip the Passlock tamper mode.
