If your system has one, it would be located on or near the water inlet (also known as goose neck). The water inlet is located at the end of the top radiator hose and houses the thermostat. Its usually a 6, 8 or 10mm hex screw. It does not need to be removed, just loosen to allow air to escape as coolant is added. When coolant start to come out, retighten it.

How bleed a cooling system of a 2005 kia sedona

They got a special funnel that will seal where the radiator cap is at. which looks like this. http://www.amazon.com/Lisle-24610-Spill-Free-Funnel/dp/B001A4EAV0 You can get it on ebay for $25 too.

Fill it up half way and leave it open to the system. Run the car until all the bubbles bleed out. Then plug the funnel and remove it and install your radiator cap. If you do not have heat still you got a clogged heater core. Which you need to replace or blow out the heater core to unclog it.

Where is the starter located

Hi, the Kia Sedona starter (and all other major parts) are the same from 2000 to 2005. Here is a link with your starter location and how to remove it:

2005 kia sedona overheats. thermostat was changed. but still running hot. have to keep adding anti freeze. Don't see any leaks. where is all this anti freeze going. What else should I check

The gasket or the thermostat might be improperly installed. Check there first, as it could cause a slow leak. After that, Check all of the hoses and clamps. If all of this is fine, be sure to check the drip hole on the underside of the water pump. It should be clean if the pump isn't leaking.

Kia sadona

It could be an air leak. Check for bleed valves in the cooling system on top of the engine.

Old hoses could have collapsed internally. Replace radiator hoses.

Check connection to temperature sender- could be gauge.
