Check the fuel pressure-that is critical on fuel injection. Have you checked for trouble codes? Backfiring may be fuel related or valve timing related. Next I would do a compression test to see if that reveals any problem. A decent compression tester is about $30, and low compression in all cylinders is a timing problem or an internal mechanical problem.

Check the firing order for the HT leads as this indicative of crossed leads.

When the car is cool it will crank up, but when itget hot it shut off and wont crack backup

Does it crank and wont start, or does it not even crank over when hot? If it still cranks, if the starter cranks the engine over, then check for spark when it won't start. If you have no spark, something in your ignition system may get hot and fail-something like the crank position sensor, or the ignition control module.
Here is how to check for trouble codes on your Lesabre, and the code descriptions:

Replaced ignition control module on 1994 buick lesabre, now it will start, but runs crappy also replaced crank sensor, cam sensor, all 3 coil packs, spaek plugs, and front 3 wires

check fuel pressure are fuel rail? Should be 40-47 psi. Also check filter at rear frame rail near RR tire, pull vacuum line off fuel pressure regulator at intake mainfold. Should have vac. and be dry, no gas at fitting.

94 buick lesabre 3800 engine, stalls after 10 mile drive and will not start till cools. replaced TPS, Fuel pumpand filter, cam sensor, crank sensor, and ignition control module.

next time it won't run after it heats up, spray or pour water in crank sensor and see if it will start. I have seen new crank sensors go bad.

Not wanting to start when its hot

Sounds like the crank sensor or ignition module. I would try the crank sensor first. It is cheaper and usually the problem.

Replaced fuel filter & fuel pump and screen.

not positive but in the air breather there is a mass air flow sensor and sometimes air filter particles gets stuck on the sensor. It will look like a white piece of lint,if there is be careful to remove it and try it.Usually a backfire and sputtering is the signs

Car misses intermittently and occassionally backfires under load.

First check the ground under the ignition module. It will sometimes work loose and cause all kinds of chaos. Next check and replace the spark plugs and spark plug wires if you have not already done so. Be sure to use quality parts and install the wires in the factory holders. If you still have a problem, try a crank sensor. I just had to replace one for the same symptom a month ago.
