Put the e brake on. Turn the key to the on position. Put the shifter in reverse. Check the lights, they should be on. If not, check the bulbs. If they are good, then most likely the park, neutral safety switch is bad. It's located on the transmission. Right below the shifter cable.

You have a plug, sorry. It's close to the cable also. Check for broken wires at the plug.

Switch ignition on but do not start engine, select reverse gear and then you can get out and have a look if it is working

My reveres lights dont work why

Most likely would be the bulbs, the fuse, or the switch on transmission. Would check in that order.

My Backup (revers) lights dont light up.Fuses & lights not burt.

As far as your back up lights....check the neutral safety switch. This was a BIG problem on the 98-99 Cadillacs.

On the heated seats....you'll have to check for voltage at the harness where it connects to the seat(s) if you can do this.
