SOURCE: 2000 Jaguar S-type 4.0 sport no fuel pressure

this is the fuel pump itself that has failed, replace it. It is located inside the fuel tank and is sold as a module assembly about $675
BOSCH Part # 67935 {Fuel Pump Assembly}
or as just a pump which you splice into the old sender assembly fuel pump module for around $120
AIRTEX Part # E2314 {In Tank Electric Fuel Pump}
Strainer included with pump.

SOURCE: Where is the fuel pump

The fuel pump is in the back of the car, but I don't remember if it is underneath or inside of the fuel tanks?
A fuel pump only has 2 wires, a power and a ground.
But if it is inside the tank, there could also be two wire for the level sending unit.
Jaguar also have an inertial cut out safety switch, which looks like a relay with a plunger button. It is usually under the dash, behind the kick panel on either the passenger or driver's side.
The main fuel pump relay could also be bad.

Where is the 2004 Hummer H1 fuel pump relay located?

Most fuel-pump relay units are located under the dashboard near the steering column. In some cases, the unit is located in the area where the steering column is mounted or near the engine's firewall. The end of the fuel pump relay is typically located near the center of the floorboard, under the carpet in the front section of the passenger's or driver's side footwell.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
