Hi Esther, Having horn problems are we, hate when that happens ! There are several things involved here for your vehicle. I will list them for you .
System Description
The horn system consists of the following components:
?€¢
Horn fuse
?€¢
Horn relay
?€¢
Horn slip ring
?€¢
Horn switch
?€¢
Horn assembly
?€¢
Body Control Module (BCM)
If I had this come into the shop , I would hook-up the scan tool and see if I could control it through the BCM . that would tell me if the relay an wiring to the horns were good , an I could see if the BCM could detect a signal from the horn switch . But you don't have that luxury. First find the HORN RLY 15 amp fuse in the under hood fuse / relay box. check an see if it's good, then find HORN RELAY In the same fuse/relay box. If you knew how to do it you jump the relay socket an see if the horns work. You could also take a test light and check for control from the switch at the relay socket . Then again if the fuse is good you could simple replace the relay with one that looks the same from in the same relay box.
I will try first checking if they are not unplugged. They are under the hood right in front of the radiator below the passenger head light next to the bumper. and the fuses are located inside on the left side next to the head lights switch
