Sounds like the Blower Switch may be bad. Whatever the reason, I agree, take it to a professional. If it's an older; by that I mean a classic car, please provide the Make, Model and Year.

First check the relays under the hood of your car. If the relays are bad, you would need to replace the blower motor which is located under the dash. It's highly recommended that you take it to a professional.

AC blows cold air, fans stop blowing

I think you have a "variable speed resistor" problem, it's overheating. It's an electronic device usually located near or attached to the AC motor blower that controls the fan speed. This is a common problem with aging AC blowers with electronic controls.

No heat blowing cold air.

Do you smell coolant inside of the vehicle. If so then chances are your heater core is going.

My heater stoped blowing hot air.antifreeze level

If the blower is blowing air just fine, but you cannot control the temperature, you need to listen to air coming from the vents while turning the temperature from hot to cold. If you do n ot hear any change in airflow, then you may a temperature door in the dash broken. this is becoming a common problem on the Equinox and Pontiac Torrent,
