I have the avhx2550bt hu with a reverse camera. When in reverse the image comes up but when i change to park or any other gear the black caution screen comes up and is hard to get rid of. Tried all options in manuals and forums and still having trouble

The camera is wired to the reverse switch and if it is not connected back up, it wont come on. Take it back and have them reconnect it.
