Okay, there are a few engines that come in this van, lucky there the same except,they come with or without ac or airpump, so i will give you all of them and you choose the right one.
The fuses are located on a fuse block, they provide increased circuit
protection and reliability. The fuse block is located under the left
side of the instrument panel and steering column. The fuse block should
be visible from underneath the steering column, near the pedal bracket.
If the block is not visible, check for a removable compartment door or
trim panel which may be used on later models to hide the block. On
1996-97 models, there is also a fuse/relay panel mounted underhood.

You have to pull the trany pan, ther are 2 solenoids A and B. You will probably want to replace both, they are at the front on the valve block. www.rockauto.com
I just had the same problem. If it is a regular van try under the driver seat in a plastic box. If it is a conversion van try in a pannel just behind driver seat on side of van wall behind a pannel that looks like a vent.
