Sounds like the blower or fan is going bad
Question: does this happen all the time that you start the car?
If yes, next time you go to the garage for gas, ask the garage person to listen to the noise. He could tell instantly if its a problem or not. Sear is also a good place to get free help or autozone.
First I would check all the fluid levels, power steering will make a strange sound when cold, low and starting up, Transmission too. It could be the heater fan clean it and check it. Personal I would use graphite over WD40, the oil will attract dirt and repel water. Good luck
Check the blower and spray a little wd40 on the center of the heater fan
Check the transmission fluid level
