Hi Terry
There is an easy way to put it all back together using some sockets or if your American, some wrenches and soft hammer and ,all it is a case of doing is, lay your hub assembly on some wood so it sits even, using either a socket/wrench that is the same size as the outer width of the bearing or one you can tap on the outside bit by bit, using the soft hammer or a metal hammer and a bit of wood ( so you do not damage the socket/wrench) align the bearing on the hub assembly and put socket/wrench on top of the bearing ( keeping hold of socket/wrench) DONT NOT and i stress this DO NOT hit the centre of the bearing!! if the socket/wrench is smaller follow below instructions in brackets below!! gently tap the socket/wrench ensuring as you are doing it that the bearing remains even as you tap it ( if you are using a socket/wrench smaller than the bearing outer edge, just tap it either side on the edge of the bearing in a cross configuration one side then the other then opposite and so on little bit at a time keeping the bearing even ) until the bearing in fully seated and past the C clip area and fully seated on the bottom of the hub assembly once that is done you are ready to put the hub in the bearing, if you have one a socket/wrench that will just fit over the the end of the hub ( the bit that goes inside the bearing), turn over the hub assembly so the C clip is below and place the socket/wrench below that, lightly grease or oil the hub end, using the same method, gently tap the hub into the bearing, making sure you keep it even and ensuring the socket/wrench is directly below and is in line with the bearing centre, make sure it is touching the centre of the bearing as you do not want any play as you are tapping it down , put the whole assembly back on the vehicle and you are done. i will try and do a drawing for you if you send me your email i can send you it if this is not enough for you.
hope this helps

-This can be done at any machine shop. Or you can do it if you have a 10 to 20 tone overhead press.

Good Luck

How can I remove rear outer bearing?

New style bearings are all pressfit bearings, if your hub came right out of the bearing assembly, it is time for the whole assembly. The hub assembly has a locking ring that holds the outer bearing race inside the hub, after the wheel hub has been pressed out. Then, after the lockring has been removed it can be pressed out and the new bearing can be pressed back in and then the lockring reinserted. Then the wheel hub gets pressed in.

How to change a front wheel bearing on a 2007 toyota tacoma 2 wheel drive pickup truck

The bearing & hub is a whole assembly for this model, start by removing the brake calipers, the removing the rotors" a couple taps with the hammer should loosen it" , after removing the rotors the hub & bearing assembly is held on by 4 #17 bolts, after you get the hud and bearing assembly off you will need a tool called a bearing split plate ,to split the hub and bearing off each other. Now you should have the new bearing assembly ,inner wheel seal, and hub set together" this is when you need a press". Press the hub onto the new bearing assembly. And thats it! Its ready to go back on the way you took it off.

How to remove hub assembly bearing

I wasn't sure if you were asking about the front, rear wheel or other assembly.
The most common problem is the front wheel bearing:
I have a 2002 Escape and have changed my bearings. All the Ford Escapes are the same thru 2010. The front wheel bearings on the Escape are simple cartridge bearings, or Gen1 bearings, that are pressed onto the hub and knuckle. They are not so simple to replace. Unless you have the experience and tools, you'll need to take it to the dealer or a shop.

You will need a press and the correct press tools.
The knuckle/hub assembly needs to be removed from the vehicle.

Here's the short version:
Remove the tire/wheel.
Remove the brake caliper w/ bracket.
Remove rotor.
Remove the ABS sensor.
Remove axle nut and press the axle inwards, until loose. (sometimes easy, usual needs special tool).
Remove the strut bolts, tie rod, and the lower ball joint from the knuckle/hub assembly. Each of these connections can have it's issues.
Press the hub out of the assembly. One half of the inner race will be stuck on the hub. Use a bearing splitter to remove that half.
Remove the snap ring from the knuckle.
Press the rest of the bearing from the knuckle.
Press the new bearing into the knuckle. Press on the outer race only!
Snap ring.
Make sure the dust sheild is still in place.
Press the hub into the bearing. The bearing must be supported on the inner race only!
The point is that you must not press thru the balls in the bearing. That can cause the bearing to get brinnelled.... not good.
Reassemble the knuckle on the vehicle in reverse order. I like to put a little grease on the axle spline. The axle spline has a little helix on it... about half a degree. It's supposed to be a tight fit. The torque on the axle nut is 300Nm (about 220ft-lbs?). This torque is very, very important. It is needed to keep the bearing together and at the correct preload, so use a big torque wrench.

...or you can take it to the dealer.

Good luck.

I need to remove the hub assembly to install new wheel bearings on the right front wheel and then install the new hub assembly. I have a hub assembly kit. Ford Focus 2004

from looking at your part it looks like you will need a press to remove and install the new bearing most shops will do this for you at a reasonable price, you just have to remove the entire assembly for it to be pressed

Bad Wheel Bearing on a 1994 Toyota Camry should I also replace the abs sensor?

You should only replace the sensor if it is damaged. Most Japanese made vehicles have bearings that are pressed in to the wheel hub. Your local parts store should have a new hub assembly that comes with the bearings already pressed in it. If you know of a machine shop that will press new bearings in the old hub and remove the old bearings that may be a little less expensive. They need to be removed and installed using a bearing press. Please rate me on this answer.

How do i replace front wheel bearings on a 1991 subaru lyale 4wd wagon ?

  1. Remove the steering knuckle assembly from the vehicle, and secure in a soft-jawed vise.

  1. Press new wheel lugs into the hub.
  2. If equipped, clean all foreign material from the hub and tone ring. Install the tone ring.
  3. Clean the inside of the steering knuckle.

  9. Install the rotor shield and tighten the bolts to 10 ft. lbs. (14 Nm).
  10. Attach the hub to the steering knuckle.
  11. Press a new bearing into the hub by driving the inner race.
  12. Install the steering knuckle.

Replacing front wheel bearings on a 1999 honda accord

there is a hub and a bearing assembly...usually you need to press the bearings into that hub...need a press to push out the old and press in the new...i replaced mine last year by going to the junkyard and taking out the hub and bearing assembly and just putting the whole thing into my car...much simpler..plus you learn how it goes together by taking it out in the boneyard..no press needed...plus if its genuine honda parts from a honda..(you can match the markings) its likely to be a very good part for a long time. Being used isn't always a bad thing as far as honda parts are concerned. This is from my own experience hope this helps you.
