Car still under warranty but service rep States bad handling I no off one other same model and year same complaint can you let me no off other many thanks
Bad handling or not , it is still under warranty and has to be replaced as per the warranty statement. Sun visors are handled by many people many times a day and for yours to fall off indicates poor quality manufacture and not fit for the purpose. What sort of service person would risk business over a sun visor. Contact the company on line direct and lodge a complaint with the customer relations department.

I've noticed a similar problem. Try manually setting the mirrors and seat and then set them as setting one or two on the memory. When you get out, hit the lock button on the key-less remote (in lieu of the lock button on the door) and see if that locks them in for you.
SOURCE: would the drivers side sun visor be covered under
Dear Loose Visor....
If you purchased this vehicle new than this visor still might be covered under warranty...especially if you bought an extended warranty. Some warranty companies cover any and everything from bumper to bumper no questions asked.A sure answer would be to make a quick phone call to either the extended warranty company if you have that coverage or the dealer that you had purchased this vehicle from. Thanks for your time!!! If you have any more questions you can get back to me.HOPE I COULD HELP!!!

Have they replaced the altenator? If so and problem still persists then it is the voltage regulator or maybe a short in the wiring. I believe it is a damn shame that they don't make good on the battery after they keep replacing it . If they don't want to replace the altenator or regulator or search for shorts get a lawyer.
SOURCE: Installing a sun visor, right
There is usually a cosmetic cover hiding the two phillips head screws which attach the visor to the overhead. These covers 'clip' in place and can be removed using a small flat tip screwdriver. Once removed, you can then access these two phillips head screws. Remove the screws & gently remove the visor. You will find a wire harness connector to the visor. Find the release tab on the connector & press on it to disconnect the visor from the wire harness in the overhead. Installation is reverse of removel.
Go to www.hmaservice.com and register your vehicle by VIN #.. you'll then have access to wiring diagrams, shop manuals, service bulletins, illustrations and procedures, etc.
