You have a shorted wire. Check to make sure all the wires are on correctly and are tight. Also check for pinched, chaffed or corroded wires in the system.
The ABS light cannot cause your engine to stall. I do not know what you are refering to when you say "0.0 psi SC" What section of the driver information center are you looking at? Anyway, it sounds to me like you are having charging/starting system problems. I would start by checking the condition of the battery and all the cable connections.
