There is small pinhole on the front of the player, you need to push thin stiff wire (paper clip straightened up will do) and this will mechanically release lock on the players doors, retract the doors fully and remove the dvd's.

SOURCE: Toyota dashboard CD player won't eject

I had this say problem with my 2000 solara. Here is the fix, remove one of the car battery terminals for a couple of mins (3-4mins). The reattach the battery terminal back. This would make your cd player and car clock reset. once you start your car you should be able to eject the cds. You'll just need to reprogram all your preset radio station. Hope it helps

SOURCE: 2007 Toyota Yaris Stereo Won't Eject CDs

you may have to use needle nose pliers to pull them out or remove the radio and open it up and remove them also take a look at the drive belt it may have broke, there are many electrionic places that will repair it if you remove it and take it to them, most of the one i run into broke a belt or 2cds were jamed inside it.

How can I eject stuck CDs from CD player 2006 toyota camry grande?

Isn't there a security code needed to reset the stereo after a battery change? The Stereo thinks it has been stolen. See your Manual and see your nearest Toyota dealer. Or use a tweezers to reach in and pull out the stuck CD. And clean the rollers with alcohol.

I cannot eject the CDs, its making loud noise

Try something, go inside to your computer, look on the CD drive face, I bet you will see a neat little hole. Open up a paper clip and insert the paper clip straight into the hole about 3/4 of an inch. I bet the drive door opens. Now, go see if you can do the same thing with your Toyota. You may find 2 cd's in the same slot as the original problem.

Toyota Avalon 2000 xls cd player does not work

If you are using "home-made" or "burnt" CDs, this can happen. Sometimes, you can remove the radio from the dash, and unplug it. That may reset the CD player, and the discs will eject.
It works for me about 85% of the time. Hope this helps.

DASHBOARD

Emissionwiz is correct, this is just a matter of getting everything lined up.
Regarding the stuck CD, try this: Remove the radio from the dash. UNPLUG all of the connectors behind the radio. Wait for 1 minute. Then plug them all back in. See if the radio "comes back to life". I encounter this situation quite often, 9 time out of 10 I can bring the radio back on, and then eject the CD. Also note that Camry CD players really HATE "burnt" or "copied" CDs. These types of Cds stick in the player all of the time.
