Run tests. Fuel pressure correct? Spark at plugs when cranking? Fuel injector pulse working? Compression test?

Check and see if the earth straps are good and tight

fuel pump fails or fuel filter is blocked and plz check also fuel pump relay

fuel pump relay directly controls the fuel pump, you can test it with a simple test light or volt meter

did you ever fix your 95 22re? my truck is doing the smae thing. checked everything you did and it was fine. a lot of people are saying fuel pump or vecume. did you ever find out what the problem was?

if u did all that and u still can hear the fuel pump run then u need to replace the fuel pump

check fuel pressure and injector pulse...if everything is working than check the timing and the firing order...if it good than check the engine compression....

fuel pump will also work but not pump. take fuel line off to see if there is any presher.be careful to cover your eyes there might be enough presher to satisfiey the line but not the motor. or check crank sensor this also tells the computor to start.

Try checking fuel pressure again with a guage on the fuel rail. If you still notice the pressure is low and you know the fuel pump is good, the fuel pressure regulator may be bad. Sometimes you can tell by unplugging the vacuum hose from it and if you see gas that means the diaphram is leaking. If everything checks out with the fuel system a bad EGR valve or EGR valve solenoid can cause cars to sort of stall under half throttle. Good luck and keep me posted.
