P0722 is the out put speed sensor, which controls the speedometer, threw the ECM. And will cause a limp mode which yo went threw. It could be nothing. If it were mine, I would pull the speed sensor and look at it. If there were slivers of metal on it, I would pull the transmission and find out what is getting chewed up before it just died on me. But I build them. If it just had black/normal wear, I would check to plug for corrosion and the the entire system of the car on a scanner.

What does the MIL code "PO 320" mean, please?

code p0320 refers to cam shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor--circuit malfunction=== causes --wiring--CKP/RPM sensor ---ECM
because the engine runs ok until it is on cruise control I would be investigating the RPM sensor for a fault
The cruise control takes its control from the RPM sensor and if that circuit is interminable the the cruise control doesn't know what rpms to maintain.

Check engine seems to only pop on when driven on the highway.Been driving it for weeks and it hasnt popped back on since my last highway travel, untill i drove on the highway today. I brought it to...

they could b referring to the vehicle speed sensor, which senses vehicle speed for input to ur ecm and not to ur speedometer. u most likely have 2 sensors with almost same name. their located on ur trans, an some sense input shaft speed an the others sense output shaft speed..... good luck hope this clarifies it for u a little bit

Speedometer went crazy, Engine signal, kick after full brake stop

he told you to take it to a transmission specialist because that is where those sensors are located. The speed sensor is located in the transmission. It reads the speed by counting the number of teeth on a relucter wheel. (thats the simple explanation).
I sounds to me like there might be some debri in the transmission that could be affecting the reading.
The engine computer uses that information to control the engine and transmission. Without that information the transmission could go into limp home mode and or have erratic shiffting plus other problems.
I would really suggest you get it in for a test and evaluation asap. I do not consider this vehicle to be reliable or safe because the transmission could lockup and or otherwise fail.
As a side note, these minivans are notorious for having failing transmissions and most transmission shops find that the majority of their work is on this minivans. One of the reasons I have just kept my full size van.

Gauges go crazy while driving

Sounds like a faulty body control module, or the forward control module. Possibly the cluster is going bad. Is it still under warranty? Take it to the dealer, which you may have to do anyway.

Oil pressure light comes on after driving on highway for 10 miles

Sounds like your sending unit sensor - if it was your pump going out, your engine would be history by now. Rule of thumb, if your oil check light ever comes on, it's usually too late to remedy the problem. You have a major issue, but since you've obviousely drove it quite a bit since then and it still hasn't seized up, I'm guessing you're ok...for now. Since you took it to a shop and they said you're ok, I'm assuming they checked your level and visually checked for leaks and found nothing. Either, you've got somethijng partially blocking your pick-up tube for the pump which is in your oil pan, or a electrical issue with the sensor. I would start by having someone check the sensor out and go from there...good luck.
