2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee wont go over 25mph. No fault codes. Replaces fuel filter, coil and plugs recently. TPS tested good. Seems to have good exhaust flow. Throttle responds great in neutral. Would like to test fuel pressure but there is no test port on fuel rail. HELP!
First eliminate the fuel flow, replace the fuel filter. It starts and runs, pump is OK. Then I would go back to the exhaust. Remove an O2 sensor before the catalytic converter. One is fine. It will be louder. If it runs better at picks up speed, then the cats are clogging up.
Check oil transmission level if it's within limit you need to check accelerator cable it could stuck or broken if all o,k take it to transmission mechanic
