Changed heater hoses, radiator cap, thermostat and have checked the water level daily with no loss of water. I don't know if I have an air gap or the air conditioner drain is plugged.
ITS COMMON FOR THE A/C DRAIN TO GET PLUGGED ON THESE,SADLY THE DRAIN IS NOT EASY TO GET TO.(IT DRAINS INTO FRAME RAIL) IF YOU GO TO JEEP FORUM THEY HAVE DETAILS ON PUTTING EXTRA DRAIN HAD TO DO THIS TO MY 96 AND 01 JEEP. HOPES THIS HELPS
First, open each door and give it a shake back and forth and see if you hear water sloshing. If so, check the bottom of your door. The drain holes may be plugged and not allowing water out. I have that same problem and after a big rain I check for sloshing.
As Mike has pointed out, if your temperature gauge isn't reading high then you have nothing to worry about. You yourself have said there's no water loss, so everything is obviously fine in that department.
As for water in the cabin - you would certainly notice water deep enough to cause a sloshing noise.. Water in the doors? Maybe. But ...
What you may be hearing is ordinary noise from within a system. It could even be the 'gurgling hiss' of the power steering fluid -particularly when you have the steering wheel at full lock.
If it isn't water inside the doors then I would reckon it's ordinary noise from within a system somewhere
Is water leaking into the cabin, bad door window seals
If the A/C drain plug was clogged, then it would leak all inside the Jeep. I wouldn't worry about unless your temp gauge starts getting too high.
