You can follow the fuel line back from the fuel rail. You should see it on the firewall closer to the passenger side tucked down under the intake manifold.
HI Honda offered this motor that year with either Fuel Injection or with a 2bbl Carburetor. If you have a fuel injected motor the filter is located in the engine compartment on the fire wall about in the middle of the car. If its has the carburetor then the filter will mounted under the car next to the gas tank on the drivers side.
On the back side of the engine. If you stand on the side of the car (either side will do) and look between the back of the engine and the firewall you'll see it.
Wash the engine if need be to find the source of the leak. It could be the oil fill cap, the valve cover gasket, the oil filter seal or a dozen other places.
