The fuse is o.k. All the bulbs (front and back) are working too. With the hazard lights on, only the passenger side blinks on/off, the driver side stays lit. Please help.

I had the same problem and found the problem to be the turn signal flasher.local parts store sells for 9.99.The hardest part I found was finding someone who knew the location of the part on the car.after checking with a mechanic at the dealer. I finally found it with a flashlight. it is against the driver side firewall inside of the car as far up as you can see while laying on your back in the floorboard and looking up with a flashlight. as soon as this was replaced my hazard lights and turn signals worked perfectly. hope this helps someone else.
SOURCE: My dash lights are out, my shifter lights are out,
sounds like a fuse - - even if the fuse looks new - it can break internally - so - get a test light and just for fun - even replace the fuses - and keep the old ones as extras - as for the dash lights - it is usually a fuse as you sound like you know - still- i would again change the fuses and also - - take down the vin number and ask the local dealer if there have been any recalls or service bulletins
Testimonial: "I'll try!! Thanx"
SOURCE: i put my hazard fuse in a my right turn signal
Unfortunately you need a new bcm, the car will have to go to the dealer. Replacement bcm and reprogram your immobilizer and remotes
