Make sure you hear the fuel pump whine( trying to pump), or it could be a 12v power issue going to the pump. To test it, unplug the fuel pump connector and apply a 12v tester to it with the key on.

Also check for a fuel pump relay and collision shut off sensor, especially if the vehicle was in a minor or major collision recently.

Where is the reset button for a fuel pump on a gmc 2008 acadia

I'm not sure...but I would 1st look just inside the rear after you open door. Look on the sides. 2nd look inside the glove box. If all else fails look inside the owners books that came with the vehicle.

2009 acadia Works intermittently. Worse when driving slow or stops. What is wrong

Sounds like the magnetic clutch on the compressor may be defective or have an excessive air gap between the drive and driven plates (gap increases with engine temp)..

2011GMC Acadia, when I get gas, my engine dies unless I pump the gas pedal. No problem other times.

My Acadia would die while I was pumping gas and then it would take multiple attempts before it would start after filling with fuel.

I changed the purge valve solenoid and haven't had issues since. A new solenoid cost me $60 at autozone

My 2009 gmc Acadia fan was running a lot more lately after shut off and then last night it said shut car off and when restarted was in reduced power mode when I checked coolant it was almost non existent...

A very common issue on the 3.6 liter V6 engine in the acadia is a leaky water pump. The pump starts leaking, causing a low coolant level, causing the engine to go into reduced engine power mode to keep the engine from overheating. This usually results in a very extensive cylinder head gasket repair job. You should have a local shop perform a cooling system leak check to find the leak for sure, and an engine block check to see if the overheat condition caused internal engine damage.

The car failed to start

Check the condition of the following:

1) Air filter
2) Spark plugs
3) Fuel filter
4) Coil operation
5) Spark plug leads

That's all assuming that the engine turns over. If not:

1) Check power to the starter motor
2) Check battery voltage (should be around 12.5volts or higher)
