SOURCE: Turn key to start - nothing happens
I had same problem w/ my '88 Ram50. Turned out to be bad contacts on the battery cables. Temp fix and test was to put a little screw between the post and the end connector. Didn't have a problem then, so I replaced the cables.

SOURCE: Turn ignition key but won't start..All power on, is it starter?
Can be a Junk Relay, access is limited, but giving the Starter a "crack" with a mallet, often cures the problem temporarily. But check the Battery terminals, and Cable to the Starter solenoid ,first for tightness and security.

Same thing happened with mine. It turned out that the
power door lock motor went out. Since the handle or the switch can unlock the
driver's door, both of these mechanisms are connected. When the door lock motor
goes out it freezes in whatever position, it was last engaged.
