I have checked all fuses and relays under the hood. I have fount the blower resistor and pig tale wire connection to be melting together. I have ordered a new one. They are unplugged now and still no start. Doesn't even try to turn over.
There's definitely some wires that are shorted together, i would start at the radio if it had been changed out there would be a good source for a short. Also check your ignition switch, its a power distribution center that can go haywire when it starts shorting out. I would also look for wires going to the blower / radio that have been melted together allowing power to be transferred between them from an unwanted source ;ie non switched or direct. Wiring can be hairy, but if you can trace it down to a single source and repair and damaged wires you could save the hassle of replacing the wiring harness. Good luck
