I can not open the boot with the inside boot lever on my Mazda 121 1991. Is it locked from using it?

Does using the key in the lock on the boot work? If so, there may be a problem with the release cable. Unlock with key and get the cable inspected or lubricated or adjusted till it works.

Car trunk problem

Open the boot with the key and ask someone to activate the lever while you have a look on the latch in the boot. You should see the cable moving if not, it might be broken or just disconnected.
Cheers.
