Checked cam timming and Fuel Pump Timming with Holes lining up for locking Bolts,in line with camshaft marks and Crank Pully Timming Mark on Compression stroke of No.1 Cylinder.
Check that the firing order of the plug leads is not out 180 degrees
Testimonial: "checked three times,lines-up with locking Bolts on Camshaft Gear and Injection Pump Gear as per Manual"

Make sure you are getting gas and spark, they are a few ground wires that come off of injector harness that if they are not grounded will cause injector NOT to pulse re-check wiring and get back to me. Good Luck

there is a special tool to hold gears in correct place on some of these models, but you can hold one cam at a time with a spanner then feed belt on exhaust cam then inlet cam gear
get someone to hold gears in place while you feed belt on.
the inlet cam is more prone to turn off mark more than exhaust.
if you have tensioner that needs retaining pin in when installing
you fit belt while aligning timming marks
fit tensioner as last spot to feed belt on with retaining pin in adjuster
get correct tension on belt by turning water pump so that you can flex (turn) belt 90 degrees only just while using finger and thumb
tighten water pump check flex
check all timing marks are correct
remove retaining pin from auto tensioner
turn motor over a couple of turns by hand observing tensioner arrow should hover around V mark and that all timing marks align up again(after one complete turn)

PULL OUT NO 1 SPARK PLUG PUT A SCREW DRIVER DOWN THE HOLE AND TURN THE ENGINE OVER BY HAND UNTIL THE SCREW DRIVER IS AT THE TOP THEN YO WILL SEE THE MARKS ON THE CRANK OR LOOK AT THE TIMMING COVER IT SHOULD SHOW YOU TDC

only two things, either something got left unplugged or the wrong timing marks were used. what daigram did you use for the alignment of the marks? sometimes they do have different marks for other reasons. let me know.

They put the 2 marks on there for 2 different engines, that use the same cams. You will need to find this out, which engine you have and what marks to use. Or, you can try this before you take off the old belt. Pull a couple spark plugs, spin the engine by hand, bring it around to the timing mark on the crank pulley, and look at the marks on the cam. They should be lined up to either a diamond or a line, That will be your mark. Check it out, hope this helps.
