It depends on the size of the cans!

The low side is the "thick" pipe that comes straight out of the inside radiator (evaporator) to the compressor, the high side is the thin pipe, running from the compressor to the outside radiator (condensor), then the liquid receiver (the part that looks like a soda can) Add a can of freon while the car is running with a/c on, check the sight glass on the liquid receiver the whole time. If there is enough freon in the system the sight glass should look almost full. If it's not enough, add another can.

1998 buick skylark freon hose wont fit

You don't add refrigerant to the compressor . You add it to the low side suction line , not high side . Your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop.

Where do you put freon in on a 2002 Buick Century?

There are 2 capped ports the low and high sides. The freon gauge set will only fit on one of the two ports. The low side. Run the ac attach the freon hose and add as necessary

Where do I add freon in a 2003 buick century?

This job requires special tools and training, it is VERY easy to get hurt badly. It is illegal to not recover any refrigerant in many parts of the world. I suggest that this job be performed at a qualified shop.
Refrigerant goes in the low pressure port.

Where is low side port to connect charge kit on a 1998 Buick Century Custom? Also, to be sure what type of refrigerant should be used? (R-134a) or different Thank You, Brandon

1998 Buick Century is factory-equipped with R134a refrigerent.

As for the service port, you just have to look for it. Not even the factory service manual will tell you exactly where it is located. It will be either on the accumulator itself or in the low pressure line between the accumulator and the compressor. (see diagram)

I think the air conditioning went in my parents 2002 buick century. it blows warm air. can this be fixed?

yes it can be fixed..most likely it just low on charge..low charge will cause the a/c system to shut down since a low charge can cause damage to the system...just bring it to a qualified repair shop an have it charged an add leak dye...the dye will allow a tech to see if the a/c system has a leak in it

Greetings. Can someone help me locate buick century 2001 low side port to recharge ac. I would really appreciate if someone have a picture pointing to the right position (I am a bit paranoid when it...

You shouldn't be working on Air Conditioning

You obviously have no knowledge or training

Take it to a repair shop ,so you don't do more
harm than good & you will, if you try to add refrigerant
only to have it leak out & polute the atmosphere
