ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE BUT THIS IS A MID ENGINE CAR WITH THE ENGINE MOUNTED TRANSVERSLY. UNLESS YOU PLAN ON SPENDING A TON OF CASH , SEVERAL MONTHS FRABRACATING ON NEW FRAME TO SIT THE BODY ON AND THE BIGGEST PROJECT YOU HAVE EVER TAKEN ON I WOULD NOT SUGGEST IT
Add a CommentI have found bolt on kits for a 350 that run at about $1100 though, the engine bolts right in and it fits like a glove. ive heard of many other people doing this as well. maybe a lil research would help you give a legit answer

THE 350 WILL TWIST THE FRAME
People have put larger in Fieros. Cadillac Northstar 4.9 is popular. Supercharged 3.8 is well supported. See Pennock's Fiero Forum. Timing is not difficult, but sometimes the harmonic balancer slips, that might have to be fixed first. You have to short two terminals in connector under center armrest before adjusting timing, otherwise the computer controls timing.
