Block has poorly bored oil galleys and needs to be replaced. Or the mount for the pump is bad or no relief valve operating. You will continue to burst seals and possibly the filter cannister if not addressed.

Did you prime the pump before installation? New pumps should be filled with some fluid before you install them, such as engine breakin lube.

was the cam new as well?,what spring pressures are you using?

Key on engine off, my info says, 35--45 psi.

you need to pre pressure a new /rebuilt engine so you get oil into all the galleries , connect an electric drill to the oil pump drive and spin for a good 3-4 minutes , connect a pressure gauge as well so you can see the pressure build up

If the fuel pump(s) run while the pressure is falling, replace the fuel pressure regulator and (although I'm sure you've already done this), replace the fuel filter. If the fuel pumps appear to be turning off by themselves, replace the inertia (fuel cutoff) switch.

Injector require 40 PSI on a Ford. Your Fuel Pump is BAD

Did you verify oil pressure with an oil pressure gauge besides the one on the instrument cluster?

2006?? if so then its common rail with one high pressure pump ,the fuel through the filters is low pressure anyway ,then it goes into the high pressure pump that delivers the pressure to the injectors .If you dont know what your doing with this new piece of kit then refer to the dealer because it has a lot of fancy electronics controlled by encrypted software

I take it you have a crank no start issue, the fuel is injected by high pressure oil, no oil pressure no start, there are 2 oil pumps, low lube pressure and high injection control pressure (ICP) the injection system is hydraulic controls electric actuated fuel injection, if when you crank the engine over and the oil pressure guage goes up base pressure is ok, then its high pressure or the best thing I can say is pull codes and that can give me a good direction to send you in, there are many things that can cause that problem, if the fuel heater shorts out, the pcm and it are on the same 30amp circuit causin the same problem and still you would have proper fuel pressure readings.
