2007 Buick Lucerne driver side tail lights and corner lamp won't come on. I need help

check fuses
scan the PCM
bingo?

tails is old name for PARKing lamps.
parks can be 8 or 9 lamps, 4 corners, + and 2 per side. even some mirrors on sides. 10 lamps,
area ALL out, or just rear
if car has BCM and the BCM runs all that, there my be no fuse
(its electronic inside BCM) and if one lamp short all lamps on that one wire all go dead unit the short is cured.)

Did the fuse blow again? If yes, that means there's a short circuit somewhere in the wire to the trunk light (or possibly in the lamp itself). These can be hard to track down, but first try checking the accessible places -- lamp, trunk.

Turn signal ?

The park, tail, license, and marker lamps are turned ON when the headlamp switch is placed in either the HEAD or PARK lamp positions, or anytime the automatic light control (ALC) turns the headlamps ON. When the headlamp switch is placed in the park lamp or headlamp positions, ground from G304 is applied through the signal circuit to the BCM indicating the park lamp request. In response to this signal, the BCM applies ground through the park lamp relay control circuit energizing the PARK LP PCB Relay. With the relay energized, battery voltage is applied through the switch side of the relay, both park lamp fuses, and the supply voltage circuits illuminating the park, tail, marker, and license lamps. Could be ! could also be the blower motor is bad or blower motor control module .
Does you buick have manual or automatic climate control ? There is a fuse box under the rear seat ,that is where fuse is for blower motor .HVAC BLWR fuse 40 amp. Chevy Trailblazer EXT Blower Motor Won Turn Off

1.6 hrs with headlamp alignment.

The bulbs are most likely burnt out. Right Front will be difficult to replace. Rear bulb is easy. You need to open trunk and find 4 nuts that hold the light in and remove them and the taillight will come out rearward. Locate the bad bulb your owners manual will tell you the number. It also will be on the bulb. The front I replaced when one of my headlights went out and I had to take apart the front of the car and I replaced ALL the bulbs and put it back together.

Turn signal tail lights and BRAKE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty brake light switch causing the problem or its blown brake light bulb. First check and confirm brake light lamp is working and that's not the case.
