Dude, so simple, go to any parts store or call, if you go in person and need plug gap info, it will say on the box, have the store guys give you the gap info, NGK has many different types of plugs for the 3.6 and each may require different gaps. The NGK spec for that motor is a gap of 0.043 in. for the IRIDIUM spark plugs.

The vw ngk plugs are pre gapped. If you have a misfire it's more likely either a coil, bad fuel, or a faulty ecm.

check that the cam shaft is turning ( broken timing belt/chain will not allow position sensors to give spark). Check that the immobiliser is operational. have the fault codes read
