97 Hyundai excel. Want to change diff ratio to increase engine revs. Presuming mine is 3.842 ratio, is there an interchangeable diff ratio that fits from another gearbox.

If you are going from a 3.8 to a 4.0 the difference will hardly be noticeable. You can make a larger difference by using a lower profile tire.(shorter lower tire)

I like to see fuse box in engine compartment and its link for suzuki cino

not even a year stated, is this a test? (we failed)
1994?
lost the operators guide, it is there.
and the box it self is marked, look yet?
and is in the FSM book (factory serv. man)
buy one?
we dont have Cino here, in usa, and is a usa forum.
we did have Swifts in 1985 , that were CINO based.
means we dont have books on it either. for obvious reasons.
so join an Suzuki Australian forum>? my guess, as to where you live.....
next time post country, please,,, be the 4th ever out of 1million.
why?
because
fuse boxes vary by
Country
and engine options. and A/C options.
and more.....

the cars operators manual matches ALL THAT.

Where do I fill the manual gearbox on my '97 Suzuki Swift cino ?

you should the filler / oil level plug on the side of the gear box about halfway up, it can be on either side, you will have to do this from under the vehicle this plug is both filler & oil level you will most likely need a special equipment to get the oil in, it is like a large syringe with a tube on the end of it (about12" long) you **** the oil with it & fill the gearbox that way until the oil runs out of the plug hole........hope this helps.......cheers.

Where under bonnett do i find the gear box oil dip 94 vitara

For a manual gearbox, there isn't a dipstick. There is a plug on the LH side of the diff housing part of the gearbox, just rearwards of where the LH driveshaft leaves the diff. Remove this plug, and the box should be filled to this level. This needs to be done on a level surface. If changing the oil, about 2.5 litres will be needed after draining the old stuff.

Samurai engine swap

It will fit if you:

1. Use an adaptor for the new front wheel engine and the original transmission of your suzuki ( ask your machinist)
2. Have your propeller shaft from the transmission to the independent transfer case resized depending on the outcome of your engine mount.
3. adjust the bracket of your transfer case if you need more room for the propeller.(optional)
4. you dont need to change gear ratio if you plan to use the same tires
