Try to check your transmission if it needs some replacement parts or you may try having a transmission fuel change to ease up the driving. hope this helps

Intercooler line floaded with oil

CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL IN ENGINE INCASE OVER FILLED THIS WILL SUCK IT INTO ENGINE, IF OK CHECK YOUR ENGINE BREATHER TO SEE IF BLOCKED CAN CAUSE BACK PRESSURE IN ENGINE AND START BLOWING OIL SEALS AND GASKETS, AND THE 1ST TO GO IS THE TURBO SEALS, YOU CAN REMOVE AIR INTAKE PIPE TO TURBO AND CHECK FINS INSIDE TURBO WITH YOUR FINGERS TO SEE IF ANY MOVEMENT IN SHAFT. PLEASE DO THIS WITH ENGINE TURNED OFF :)

My intercooler is leaking oil

Intercooler is for a turbo charged or supercharged vehicle

you must mean your oil cooler you probably need to replace some clamps or the oil cooler lines they tend to break or become brittle after many years of use unless you hit something and cracked it. good luck

Hi my audi 1.9 tdi is losing power badley the acceliration totaly went its just had a new turbo so i dont think its the turbo. I,ve been out in the car a few times and the problem seems to come and go...

If somebody replaced the turbocharger with a new one, you must check up all command vacuum lines, the entire air intake system (air pressure pipes, intercooler, connections, EGR - throttle vane, ...), and also turbocharger and EGR command solenoid valves (three pieces). Could be also MAF sensor defective! Here you have the vacuum air pipes connection picture for Audi A4 1.9 TDI (AJM engine):

I have fault code 00575 intake manifold pressure on my audi a4 soft top were in engine is this component found

I assume it is a turbo diesel? Then:

Location of the sensor:
- in early cars is in the ECU, with vacuum pipe going from intake maniforld duct to the ECU
- later models on the air intake duct, with wiring going to the ECU.

The fault may often be caused by:

- air leaks in MAP sensor line to the ECU (early ones only) or any of the vacuum control line hoses. This normally due to perished/loose flexi pipes, etc).
- leaks in the air hoses going between turbo/engine/intercooler. Can be spotted by slight oil contamination at the point of leak.

Or it's variable vaine sticking (even intermittently) in the turbo due to contamination, preventing the turbo from performing according to the ECU demand, and hence being 'shut-off' by th ECU

So - check all vacum line for leaks, ensure turbo actuator is free to move, all air hoses are intact and secure, intercooler not leaking.
