Head bolts
98 N?m (10 kg?m/72 lb?ft) ?147 N?m (15 kg?m/108 lb?ft) ? 30° - 60°

big ends
39 N?m(4.0 kg?m/29 lb?ft) ? 60° ?30

flywheel is dowled pined to crankshaft so it goes in correct position.so cant get that wrong unless someone has removed dowel pin.

timing mark on front pulley in middle of pulley aligns up with mark in front timing cover, and cam should have dot or "B" (depending on year) that aligns up with outer edge of head when TDC No1 firing. in this position the injector pump if common rail has dot on gear that aligns to casting mark on pump near where shaft for gear comes out of pump (can only see when pump is removed) white texta mark the tooth with the dot and fit pump while all other marks previuosly mentioned are still in correct position, in side of bell housing there should be an inspection nut or plastic bolted tear drop cover to remove close to chassis rail look inside with mirror and torch and white texta marked tooth should be in middle of this inspection hole to confirm its not a tooth out.

1995 2.3L 4W ISUZU RODEO HOW DO YOU GET IT BACK IN TIME

Remove timing belt cover and the timing belt. Line up the cam gear timing mark with the mark that is behind it. Then, set the crankshaft pulley timing mark to zero degrees or whatever the book says. Then re-install the timing belt and re-torque the timing belt tensioner to the proper torque. Turn the engine one full turn, with a breaker bar and socket. Re-check the timing marks on the crankshaft and camshaft. Re-install the timing belt cover and everything else you took off to get to the belt. Be sure to torque the crankshaft pulley bolt to specs.
