I would get underneath and look up in the corner to see if you can get a bar between the metal inner bumper and the plastic if you can just pop it out. You may have to pull the bumper off if that doesn't work and pop it out

I have a 2004 kia sedona and i was wondering if it has wireing for a trailor hook up?

If you will walk to the rear of the vehicle and look down at the bumper and around that are you should see some wrapped up wires with a plugin at the end. Your bumber may have a cap installed that yo lift up and then you would see the connction for the travel trailer. If you look under the bumper it may be wrapped up under there as well. If you see nothing like this then you will need to have it installed. Hope this helps, The Raz

Toyota Sienna bumper dent

These vans have a styrofoam bumper wrapped in semi-rigid plastic. When you dented the bumper you probably dented the styrofoam as well, so depending on how deep the dent is you may not be able to bring it back to normal.

The surest way to fix the dent would be to remove the bumper by unbolting it, then taking out the styrofoam and pushing out the dent.
