Hi,

you might have a blown fuse to all of the electronics in your car driver door. The fusebox is usually about 7 oclock in terms of the steering wheel. Please use your manual to determine which fuse is associated with your door. Once you replace that, your issue should be solved.

Hi, are you talking about the strap? If yes, there is no need to remove the panel. The trim pieces come off to reveal the screws. If you are talking about the lower handle, that is a part of the panel itself.

These are a big pain in the rump, you can get them off with channel locks and some umph, they loosten just like a regular bolt left to loosen and right to tighten

I just took my 04 Tahoe in for the same thing and it was the a/c actuator.

look at the tail light assembly, open rear door and you should see a couple of screws, remove them and pull light assembly out, the bulb sockets twist left to remove then replace your bulb, reinstall aand check.

check your left light fixture.make sure you have a good contact.sometimes they burnout
