Which is the relay for the headlamp washers and where is it?

Washer pumpworks perfectly, but switch doesn't operate it. All fuses are intact so it must be a relay.

    Ok, if there is a relay. it is in the BCM (body control module. But it's not. If your washer button is in the turn signal switch, replace the TS switch..

    There isn't a relay for the washer or wipers. There are fuses though. The wipers has it own module in the motor. The washer only comes on as long as you hold the switch.

05 grand prix passenger low beam doesnt work

You find a wiring diagram an use a DVOM -digital volt ohmmeter an test the electrical circuit for that headlamp. Is the fuse for that lamp good ?

For low beam operation, battery positive voltage is applied at all times to the coil and switch side of the low beam relay in the underhood fuse block. Ground is applied at all times from G202 to the headlamp switch. When the headlamp switch is placed in the HEAD position, ground is applied to the headlamps ON signal circuit to the body control module (BCM). When either the headlamp switch is placed in the HEAD position or ALC is enabled, the BCM applies a ground to the low beam relay control circuit. This energizes the relay and applies battery positive voltage to the LEFT and RIGHT low beam fuses in the underhood fuse block. Battery positive voltage is then applied from the fuses through the headlamp supply voltage circuit to the headlamps. Ground is applied at all times to the left headlamp from G101 and to the right headlamp from G100.

The wipers quit on the 2006 Chevy Colorado. They are on separate motors. We have replaced both fuses and both relays, and now have replaced the multi-function switch on the steering column

wipers-yvtjdmwsd3lmjasjqz1fi5jn-6-0.jpg My database only shows one wiper motor. Did you check voltage and ground, anywhere? Check the wiper fuse for voltage, hot all the time, use test light. At the wiper motor, dark green wire is voltage for lo speed. The purple wire is voltage for hi speed, Turn on key, turn on wiper switch, probe those two wires for voltage, use a test light. That bottom black wire off wiper motor, in diagram, is ground, check that also. If good voltage and ground with no wiper action, I suspect the wiper motor. There are codes for wiper, manufacturer codes, check for codes. good luck

I have a 07 Chevy Equinox. my front washer sprayer wont work. Fuse is good, i ran power to the fuse and the sprayer worked fine. i figured its prob the switch so i replaced it, but it still wont work.

The washer fuse should have power (battery voltage) while the ignition switch is in the RUN position. Verify both sides of the fuse have power. If the rear wash functions them it's not the fuse.

The switch signals the Body Control Module (BCM). The BCM energizes the front washer relay.

Input to BCM from switch is BCM connector C1,24 PK. Output from BCM to relay is connector C4 15 OG.

You need to verify continuity from the the switch to the BCM and from the BCM to the relay.

Where is the fuse for the washer pump on a 2002 sebring

The schematic shows that you have a relay and a fuse located in the fusebox under the hood (as opposed to the fusebox that is located in the side of the drivers dash).
The problem seems to be that the washer pump shares the relay with the headlamps and the fuse.
If your washer pump isn't working but your headlamps are, your washer pump is probably shot and you need a trip to the autoparts store (probably $20 bucks and 30 minutes to fix).

Wipers not working 2009 Pontiac G6 Wiper Motor where is the fuse located so that I can check it? Before I replace the motor

Just replacing parts isn't the way to fix this problem , viewing wiring diagrams too see what all is involved in making the wipers work is . Then using a digital volt ohmmeter to test electrical circuits . Also looking at factory service info. to see how it's suppose to work.

Looking at the wiring diagram i see two fuse's an two relays that are controlled by the BCM - body control module . Also hooking up a scan tool that can read BCM DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes could be helpful . The wiper switch is a input to the BCM - the BCM will energize the relays to turn on the wipers.

Wipers will not turn on 2006 colorado

There are two relay's in the under hood fuse / relay box . Wiper relay an wiper relay 2 . Maybe one is bad . also check fuse #14 25 amp. Wiper fuse.Plus the BCM - body control module has a hand in making the wipers work . Are you familiar with automotive electronic control modules ?

Low Speed Operation
When the wiper switch is in the Low position, voltage is supplied through an internal resistor to the signal circuit. The body control module (BCM) monitors the windshield wiper switch signal 1 circuit, and energizes the wiper micro relay which will operate the windshield wiper motor. The wiper motor will operate at low speed, since the wiper 2 relay is de-energized. Low speed can also be commanded with a scan tool, by commanding Wiper Relay Cmd. ON and OFF. Refer to Scan Tool Output Controls .
High Speed Operation
In the High position, the windshield wiper/washer switch supplies voltage to both the wiper micro relay and wiper 2 relay coils. This energizes both relays and allows battery voltage from the wiper micro relay switched output to the switched input of the wiper 2 relay through its contacts and out the switched output of the wiper 2 relay to the high speed circuit of the windshield wiper motor. The windshield wiper motor will operate at high speed. During high speed wiper motor operation the wiper switch signal circuit is at the low speed signal voltage, and the body control module (BCM) supplies redundant voltage to the wiper relay via the wiper diode.

Wiper/Washer System Components

This is more then likely not a fuse issue !!!!!!!
Low Speed Operation
When the wiper switch is in the low speed position, ground is applied through the switch internal resistor and the wiper switch low signal circuit to the body control module (BCM). In response to this signal, the BCM energizes the WIPER PCB relay by applying battery voltage through the wiper relay control circuit to the coil side of the relay. This allows battery positive voltage from the WPR fuse to flow through the switch input side of the WIPER PCB relay and out to the switch input side of the WIPER HIGH PCB relay. Since the wiper high relay is de-energized and its switch contacts are normally closed to the low speed control circuit of the windshield wiper motor, the motor will operate at low speed.
Wiper motor low speed operation and the wiper PCB relay can also be commanded ON/OFF by using a scan tool. Refer to Control Module References.
The PCB relays mentioned above are soldered right into the circuit board inside the fuse/relay block under the hood . There are alot of reasons for the wipers not to work ! The fuse could be blown but fuse's don't just blow for no good reason , short to ground , low resistance high current flow etc.... Intermittant !

Power and Grounds
With the ignition in the ON position, accessory voltage is supplied through the 25A WPR fuse to the WIPER PCB relay, the WIPER HIGH PCB relay and the WS WASH PCB relay that are all located in the underhood fuse block. Refer to Wiper/Washer Schematics.
G200 provides ground for the windshield wiper motor and the WIPER PCB relay. G100 provides ground for the windshield washer fluid pump and the windshield washer fluid level switch.

How do i replace the PK Lamp fuse

In the instrument panel fuse block is a fuse marked PK LAMPS the fuse directly above is a 10 amp fuse ,this is the one you want to check. There is also a relay involved in making the park lights work and the Body control module .The relay is in the same fuse block as the PK LAMP fuse, marked PK LP . Not to sound like I'm talking down to you but do you know what a relay looks like ? The fuse block is Right side of the I/P, behind the access panel. Open the passenger door , at end of the Dash is a panel ,pull it off ,then you'll see fuse box .On the inside of the panel it tells what each fuse and relay is. I'm going add how the park lights work description.
The PARK LAMPS fuse in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block applies battery positive voltage to both the coil and switch side of the PARK LAMP relay in the I/P fuse block. When the headlamp switch is placed in either the PARK or HEAD position, ground is applied from G202 to the headlamp switch. The headlamp switch then applies the ground through the park lamp switch ON signal circuit to the body control module (BCM). The BCM then applies a ground to the PARK LAMP relay enable circuit. This energizes the PARK LAMP relay, applying battery positive voltage to all the park, tail, marker and license lamps. The park, tail, marker and license lamps are also turned ON when the headlamps are commanded ON by the BCM for low light operation. Good luck !
