Each wheel on your car has a TPMS sensor that transmits a pressure reading (after the vehicle is moving) to a receiver in the vehicle. These sensors are either working or not - there is no reset other that to tell the receiver which sensor is on which wheel (e.g. after rotating the tires).
To reset the TPMS sensor positions, a special doughnut style magnet is placed on the tire stems one at a time starting at the front left and going clockwise around the vehicle. Late model Cadillacs (which should include your Deville) use a special programmer to start and run the learn process (most tire stores use these).

If it is not in your owners manual

Then you will need a factory service manual
or go to a tire store to learn about the TPMS

Tireminotor

you need to take it to a tire shop and have them reset it. they have a tool that resets them and if they don't reset usually their is a bad sensor.

Does the 2005 cadillac deville turn off the fuel pump switch after an accident, like a blown out tire

No shutoffs occur on GM products from any form of rear end damage. Only loss of oil pressure causes computer fuel pump shutdown (Engine stalls or tries to run upside down when no oil is in the pan).
Now it IS possible that the chunks of tire flew around the frame area near the tank and damaged fuel pump wiring, or also that the pump just failed (GM pumps...fail pretty often).

If you have no flashing security/key lamp on the dash, and gas in the tank (Certain?), and it cranks but doesnt start...you really need someone qualified to tell you if it is getting adequate pressure or not,
You need a scanner, and maybe a multimeter or at least a test light...some way to know is the computer trying to turn the pump on, and a way to measure if the pump is trying, and is it making enough pressure? There are 50 obvious things that make a car not start. Fuel pump is only one of them. a DIagnostic scantool can help a technician rule out 30 more in a matter of minutes...the last few, with some other tests and tools.. Id love to offer you guess work and MacGuyver answers...but frankly they dont always work.

Engine turning over but not starting and fule gague not working after tire blow out

Sounds like you may have damaged the electric fuel pump wire. Might have blown the fuel pump fuse. Hope this helps.

I have a 2004 sls seville and can't isolate a vibration problem.Had the tires replaced and balanced several timed and no luck. The vibration accure around 60-75 pmh.

First of all I would recommend getting Goodyear or Michelin Brand tires for the Cadillac or any other vehicles. I've had very good luck with these brands, as a technician for tires.

Secondly, I would make sure that the tires are inflated to the max. pressure recommended by the placard on the door.

Generally, 35 psi is the max. cold temperature. But, check to make sure it isn't higher for a heavy duty suspension model, if that's what you have. For instance, on my 1997 Cadillac Deville Limousine I have a spec. of 44 psi which is higher than the 35 psi I usually recommend for regular Cadillacs (say like my 1990 Cadillac Deville).

High speed vibrations can usually point to tire problems, as you probably already have suspected.

Good luck on making your Cadillac run like a dream.

This is my first cadillac, I just bought it... This is my first cadillac I just bought it yesterday and today it keeps saying " Service Tire Monitor" what does that ...

Service Tire Monitor means that one or more of your tires are underinflated, causing an out of balance condition that it can detect through the wheel speed sensors.

The code should be covered in your manual, to tell you how to reset it after the tires are inflated evenly to manufacturer's specifications.

I would check the sizes of all your tires to verify that they are the same type and size recommended by Cadillac. Also, check the tire inflation in all 4 tires to make sure they are even.

Then, follow the instructions in your manual on how to turn the 'Service Tire Monitor' light off.

If you don't have a manual, you might go to the Cadillac.com website and look under 'owners' and you can sign on to Yahoo! and get a free manual downloaded to your computer for viewing or printing, I believe.

It will come back on if the tires are unevenly inflated as you go down the road several miles.

Ford Windstars, also, have this feature. A lot of newer cars past the year 2000 have this feature which helps you to monitor the pressures and avoid getting a flat tire on a long trip.

Good luck travelling in your first Cadillac.

I have 3 Cadillacs at my disposal, a 1976 Seville, a 1990 Deville, and a 1997 Deville Limo and I love all of them, although the 1976 and 1990 need paint jobs here in Pennsylvania's harsh weather.

Front tires leak air daily.

i dont remember the 95 caddy with pressure monitors id say try your valve stems or the valves themselves to make sure that they are tight. replace any stem caps that are missing.

Change engine il and tire pressure message how do i rest

Must have codes for check engine light cleared with scan tool. Check all tire pressures and road test up to 35 mph. Tire message should clear if low tire was problem. If light for tires remains then possible radio frequency sensor problem. Sensor replacement may be necessary. Sensors have alkaline non-serviceable batteries. If battery is dead sensor will have to be replaced.

Tune up

At each 100,000 mile interval u need to replace the spark plug, at 30,000 the air filter and fuel filter, check the cooling system hoses and coolant every 60,000 miles, check the drive belt every 30,000, replace after 60,000. These are routine suggested maint items.

And don't forget to keep the pressure correct in the tires, under-inflated tires kill fuel mileage.
