I took the pan off and re-seated the filter. Replaced trans fluid and let it run idle for a while before trying to drive it again. It took a few seconds to go into reverse and a few more to go into 1st..but would not stay in first. Almost seemed like it went into neutral and pretty much stayed there. Had to put it into Low to get it back to the driveway from about 50 feet away.
I would try removing the solenoid pack itself, buy the update kit from mopar (gaskets and screens) for @40 bucks. Clean the area first with some good spray degreaser and a hose to make sure no dirt gets in the tranny. If the pack is indeed "Bad" or needs updated, replace it yourself, rent (or have it towed to a good tranny shop and have them reprogram the TCU..I would try just servicing the pack first......Also give the Input and output speed sensors a good look see and clean the connections. Use a good Dilectric compund on the plug and sensor contacts - Napa makes a good item here. Just my thoughts........Give it a try.
The likelyhood that the solenoid pack went bad is slim. This sounds more like a low fluid or an over fill scenario. There are technical service bulletins regarding a delay of 3 seconds or more for engagement that calls for a module reprogram. But depending on what amount of fluid you put back in, you may either have to much or to little in the transmission. Did you cycle through the gears before you tried to move it? Did you use ATF+4? What color was the fluid you drained out (red, brown, black)?
Sounds like the shift solenoid may be bad. I recommend taking it to a transmission specialist and have them check it to be sure

I agree, this is a lot of codes. I would tend to think this would be electrical, perhaps computer are a loose connection? These trannys I have rebuilt so far usually have a couple of codes related to the problem but not this many - all over the place.

the relay is located in the power distribution box under the hood the relay will be a square black or gray cube just pull out and make sure you rerplace it with the same type relay. refer to your owners manual for any questions regarding the fuses and relays

Have your transmission oil filter changed;
it is located under the transmission pan
The oil is what makes the transmission shift
When you shut off the engine it stops the transmission pump then when you start up again the transmission shifts until the filter clogs again
SOURCE: What type of transmission fluid for town & country ?
Transmission fluid type ATF+4.
The filter is located on the bottom of the transmission, inside the oil pan.

The fluid was red and I put ATF+4 in. I did not cycle through the gears before trying to move it. I just put it in reverse and tried to go. The dipstick showed it was full, but not over full. I will double check that.
