There is usually not a fuse just for the reverse light. It will be fed by a fuse which also feeds several other items. If everything else is working, could be the switch has failed, or the wire has come loose. You don't say what kind of car you have, nor whether it has an automatic or manual transmission. On automatics, the switch is usually at the bottom of the steering column, and is sometimes part of the neutral safety switch. On manual transmissions, the switch is usually mounted to the transmission itself, and the wiring can easily be pulled loose if you run over something or drive off road.
