You can remove the motor connector under the hood, and apply +12v to the motor input and ground the two inputs to the motor windings, High speed and low speed.
Be sure you know the correct pins.

If you look close to the wiper motor, you should find a 2 wire plug. Unplug it. Connect a 12 volt test light across the 2 wires.Turn on the rear wiper switch with the key on + if it lights up, you need a new motor. If it doesn't light up check your fuse and remove the one going to r.wiper. See it it's bad and replace as necessary. Garcuda
