How many kilometers can you drive with a tubeless tire puncture? will it harm the tire or the wheel? at what speed you can drive with the puncture?

Space saver wheel is reckoned safe and legal to take a car at greatly reduced speed to the nearest place where the puncture can be repaired or the tyre replaced. It is worth noting the recommended pressure and maximum speed is engraved on the sidewall of the space saver tyre, which is only suitable for normal road surfaces.

The "tire pressure sensor fault" message is an indication that there is a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). A tire pressure monitoring system is required for all motor vehicles manufactured after 2007. The pressurized air inside the tire is monitored by the TPMS. The TPMS consists of tire pressure sensors which are placed inside each wheel. These sensors provide the driver with information regarding the actual tire pressure of each tire in real time.

• Driver may experience a harsh ride

Problems that are possible when a tire is underinflated:

• Shorter lifespan of the tire
• Make cause the tread to separate
• Premature wear on the tread
• Decreased fuel economy
• Difficult to steer and/or maneuver (it may feel harder to turn with precision)
• Increased friction
• Tire may blowout/explode

Without looking at the tire or actually hearing whether or not the "clicking": is coming from the tire, I'd have to say that most likely your tire has taken on a hitchhiker: a screw or nail that is "clicking" when it taps the the ground with each tire rotation. Does the speed of the clicking speed up and slow down concurrently with your speed? Have you had to fill the tire lately or semi-regularly? Inspect the tire carefully tread and sidewalls and between the treads....If you do find a screw or nail, don't pull it out as it's all that's keeping you air from really coming out. If you can safely drive, take the car to your selection of tire/auto shops/mechanics, or perhaps put on the spare if you'd feel more safe. As long as the puncture isn't on the side wall or too extensive (and there's actual life in the tread still!) they should easily, quickly and CHEAPLY be able to plug the puncture for you and have you back on the road again in no time!

if the tire was not removed to repair the puncture(tire plug) then no,if the tire was removed to repair with an internal patch and the tire was not marked as to its location on the rim and the existing wheel weights not marked then i would say it should be rebalanced.if the tire location and wheel weights were marked then you should be okay and not require re balancing.

Try to inflate each tire to the same pressure and run it. If the light comes on after clearing it, then it could be a bad wheel speed sensor circuit.

But, be warned, that the car will sense even slight pressure irregularities over several miles based on wheel speed sensor data.

putting a tube inside a tubeless tyre is a cheap way of fixing a puncture,BUT DO NOT EXCEED 75MPH,as, if the tube gets punctured,you could lose total control of the car......If you get a puncture with A TUBELESS TYRE YOU SHOULD ALWAYS replace it (how much is your life worth)Tyres have written on the wall wether they are tubeless or not.DO NOT MIX THEM,lastly NO MANUFACTURER fits tyres with tubes for road use.

mcdevito75 here, Your Tire Mechanic could be right regarding the chrome wheels leaking a bit of air, however, you have radial tires, either all season or steel belted, and once punctured radial tires are very hard to seal, very hard. I would advise a new tire rather than all 4 new chrome rims.

That is absolutely and totally wrong. They want your money. Go to another tire place and have them replace only the tire that is bad. If your other 3 tires are bald or mis-sized, replace them also but it will not affect the tranny.
