SRS means secondary restraint system - air bags. If the light remains on, it means the the air bag module has detected a problem with your air bag system. Have codes read (you'll need a reader that can read codes from the air bag module) to see what the problem is, and have it repaired. Best left to a dealer or shop that has experience with air bag systems.
Visit the on-line store, know as reliable-store, they have the repair, parts, operating and owners manuals. I'm sure you will get one you are looking for. mitsubishi space star
you cant you have to go to dealership or a good shop with the wright computer airbag light can also turn on when one of the sensors go out to if you fix the sensor it will go out but if it is the head computer box for the air bag system you either have to replace it or go to the dealer to get it reset that system is differnt the the computer for the rest of the that one is all by it self
no it wont. in order for the air bag light to go off you must get a VW air bag resetter. they sell for about 45 bucks. it will reset the light and crash data. since your airbag light is on the airbags are locked up. once reset they will work again. anymore questions give me an email...
