I'll have a Mazda Tribute 2003 and my gas pedal is loose and as I press on the gas pedal the rpm needles won't move it hesitates looking like when I push the gas pedal even more then it might move a little bit what can I do

Which engine, 4 or 6? These vehicles have several known issues including loss of power on acceleration. Replace the throttle body with one updated from amazon...about 50$ if you do it yourself. Check YouTube for howto..cheers
Trace where the vacuum leak is coming from ,check the fluid level in the trans.top up to correct level,you an find a air leak by spraying throttle body cleaner or W.D 40 around the inlet manifold area.If it won,t go forward after that see a transmission rebuilder.

Most likely cause is a leaking vacuum hose on your air intake. It's a common problem on tributes but should be easy and cheap to fix. Look for cracks, holes, or roughness on the small black pipes near your engine and air intake and while you're there check the end connections are secure/tight. If you find cracks, holes, etc then replace the hose, if the connection is loose, then tighten it..
It could also be that your Mass Air Flow sensor is stuffed. Not as cheap, but still easy to fix.

The idle won't go over 3000 rpm in park,it is a safety feature without getting technical
When you go into drive it should not increase in rpm
The throttle command comes from the pedal actuator (gas pedal),I will continue later on that
