Most likely installed backwards briefly - blew module OR battery has no power to car due to corrosion or lack of charge. Remove and reattach old battery to check Insufficient info - why alt. Changed ??
GET INSIDE THE CAR AND CLOSE ALL DOORS.SWITCH IGNITION ON.USE BOTH UR HANDS TO {AT THE SAME TIME} LIFT ALL 4 WINDOWS UPHOLD THE BUTTONS UP UNTILL ALL WINDOWS ARE UP.RELEASE AND HOLD UP AGAIN.REPEAT AT LEAST 4 TIME .THEN U PUSH ALL 4 BUTTONS DOWN!!!HOLD THERE UNTIL ALL 4 WINDOWS ARE DOWN . REPEAT STEP AT LEAST 4 TIMES!!!SWITCH IGNITION OFF AND ON.U NOW HAVE THE COMFORT BACK!!!!LET ME KNOW IF U STILL HAVE ANY PROBLEMS!!
Your problem is your BCM or known as body control module is looping into theft mode and in return not getting power to the starter so I'd check with ford on a BCM flash to factory default settings hope this helps you
I believe you need a new switch in drivers door goto a wrecker , new GM ones are $$$$$, happened to me, i just unhooked battery to clear a CEL and had window open at the time ( won't do that again ) and door locks and drivers window won't work ,, checked fuses ,everything good then took door apart and put power to window motor was able to put it up, googled and found lots of people in same boat , hope it works for you ,,,,D
Power Window Motor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the window regulator from the door.
3. Place the window regulator on a suitable work surface and remove the screws that secure the power window motor to the window regulator.
4. Remove the power window motor from the window regulator.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the power window motor onto the window regulator.
2. Install and tighten the screws that secure the power window motor to the window regulator. Tighten the screws to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).
3. Install the window regulator onto the door.
4. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
GLASS RESET PROCEDURE: only if equipped with 4-off electrical controlled windows. Press button until window fully closed. Keep button pressed for another 1 second. Release button and press again for 1 second.
