You need a new lock actuator inside the door. Go to the dealer and ask them, it is not too expensive...

That noise is due to a failed door lock actuator. This is the electrical device located behind the door panel that is responsible for popping the lock when you press the button. Door lock actuator replacement will eliminate the noise and bring it back to normal operation.

Are the door locks and multiple other things on the same relay?

There was a related post in 2011 which may or may not help you troubleshoot .... from a Lincoln Master:
What is the fuse box number for locks 2003 Lincoln Navigator

If your fuse box is the same as this one ... then fuse #30 is the door locks ... plus other things. If your fuse is good (although I would test a new fuse in that slot to be sure) or if in inoperable stuff is different ... then you have some other issue going on

Help my 03 Lincoln navigator Driver door unlocks with remote and then locks back when Driver outside handle is pulled i can't unlock Driver door with key I can only open Driver door from inside

Sounds like a door lock actuator motor not working properly inside the door. The door assembly will have to be dissassembled for inspection

How do i program keyless remote on 2004 navigator

1. Close all doors and then open drivers door and press the UNLOCK
button on drivers door panel while door is open and insert key in ignition.

2. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the
8th time ending in RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming
mode.

3. Within 20 seconds press any button on first keyless remote.
Door locks will cycle to confirm programming.

4. Within 20 seconds, press any button on second keyless remote.
Door locks will cycle again to confirm programming.

5. Turn ignition to OFF.
Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.

If it's only one of the lock/unlock buttons...probably as simple as replacing the switch on that side,

My 2003 Lincoln Navigator front passenger door lock does not raise or lower using lock/unlock switch in car or on keyless entry. I hear a "grinding"sound when I try to open with the unlock...

That noise is due to a failed door lock actuator. This is the electrical device located behind the door panel that is responsible for popping the lock when you press the button. Door lock actuator replacement will eliminate the noise and bring it back to normal operation.

2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Driver Door Lock/Unlock Switch

sorry not sure the 12v prob will help this swtich works on 5v off 3v unlock 1v lock single wire lock/unlock logic signals
I found wiring diagrams at
http://www.dodge.com/bodybuilder/2004/docs/wd/rswd/tc.pdf
it is 2004 but use the wiring diagrams to test the wires
(most likely to fail where they flex)
because it is using logic gates disconnect the plug at each end of the wire you are testing or the damn thing will find a few diffrent ways to trick you.
