How many miles are in a drive cycle for a 2008 g6? I put almost 200 miles on it and comes back not ready

You are simply driving it. A drive cycle will reset all monitors in minutes. Do a google search for your year make model car and read and follow instructions to the T or it will not work.

Cars do have a drive cycle to clear up a fault. It more less ensures the issue has been corrected after a certain drive cycle. Some issues have to cycled for 500 miles.

HOW MANY MILES DOES IT TAKE TO RESET MY GMC ENVOY 2003

It's not a matter of miles, but the number of drive cycles. Each drive cycle includes low and high speed driving, and I think there are 10 drive cycles required.

We took the car to air care and it was rejected because after work was done, the monitors were not reset yet. I was told to drive it around more and that it would reset automatically. He also said...

"drive it around more" is the solution. This allows the ECU to "learn" and store the operating conditions for emissions. 100km/ 60 miles is usually enough.

What is the drive cycle for a 1998 Aurora, Battery was disconnected and need to reset sensors. Will not pass or fail smog test. Was told that i needed to do a Drive Cycle to reset the sensors?

This means you must drive the car long enough for all of the self-tests to run. Depending on the test it could be a single start and run to many cycles and many miles. Usually after about 50 miles of driving you have completed most tests.
I'm not sure where you are located, but in Ohio you can ask and have the car run on the dynamometer and compete your smog test this way.

Drive time computer reset

Drive cycle has to do with normal everyday type of driving. So many stops, so many miles, fast driving, slow driving. My car went thru a drive cycle in about 38 miles on my way to work. My daughters took 3 days and about 78 miles. So just drive it like normal.
