either have a shop scan it for trouble codes or buy a scanner your self at local parts store have OBDII scanner and find out for your self it could be a number of things.

Jan 8, 2009 - I hope its just a bolt on thing like B and D tranny. Any help would be great. .... The 2.3l four banger from the accord or cl will fit the v6 j30 engine. Is that rite? ... 1. make sure key is set to OFF
2. Press and hold the odometer/trip reset button (located near the speedometer)
3. Turn the key to "ON" (while still pressing on the button)
4. Continue to hold the button down for 10 seconds,
5. maintenance light should blink, it has been reset successfully!!

I assume you want to reset you maint required light. Try this: With the key off, press and hold the select/reset button on the dash. Then turn the key on, with the button still pressed the light will start flashing and then go out. (It takes about 10 seconds to go out.)
The Green key Flashing indicates an issue with the immobilizer of the vehicle. This could be a problem with the key being not programmed, or having lost its program. Or this could be an issue with the immobilzer unit, or the part of the ignition switch which reads the key. If the vehicle is cranking with the green light flashing, you will ultimately need the honda dealer computer to program either the key or immobilizer unit.
